Event Coordinator

The role and the responsibilities

  • Project managing events, including communicating efficiently with stakeholders and the Event Team Leader,
  • Adhering to existing policies and procedures,
  • Researching speakers, promotional items, locations and decorations,
  • Drafting invitations and reviewing for accuracy and quality,
  • Ensuring an outstanding client experience during events, seeking feedback from clients and integrating best practices,
  • Evaluating events (KPIs) and making suggestions for continuous improvement, including budget control
  • Participating at client events to welcome guests and assuring a general assistance,
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for the assigned tasks.
  • The perfect candidate

  • Bachelor in marketing communication, events or other related fields,
  • First experience related to client service and event / project management, ideally in a multicultural environment,
  • Outstanding communication organizational skills with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities,
  • Paying attention to detail, meeting deadlines and having a big picture of projects and requirements,
  • Natural service-oriented mindset, with an excellent client service attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure,
  • Be an active listener and come up with own ideas,
  • Fluent in English, French and / or German.
