Job Details & Key Attributes Within ArcelorMittal Flat Europe CMO, the department Business Processes & Systems (BPS) is a Business organisation which is responsible for the implementation of business processes / IT systems and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.

BPS main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), the Business Divisions as the plants within the Flat Europe scope.

The main Missions of our Department are :

  • Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget).
  • Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimise) : Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise.
  • Support Innovation & transformation (E CMO). The Functional / project Manager will integrate the BPS organization responsible for the CRM deployment : BPS Sales Domain.
  • Within this team, he / she will be a key actor within the project teams, to build proposals relying on their own business experience and skills, to design, test and rollout solutions based on Business Requirements, to support the following sub-

    processes : - Manage customer knowledge and customer relationship, in close relation with Customer Master.- Ready for Visit, Visit reports.

  • Manage and update market knowledge (Market, segment, competition watch)- He / She will work in close relation with the other Functional Managers to : -
  • Support the Business to define their needs and transform them into evolutions, projects, - Manage Information Systems (writing Business specifications, coordinating projects, ensuring roll out, etc.

    based on the requirements formulated by the Business.- Support and train the business- Drive the evolution of existing Information Systems, again based on the Business requirements but also in agreement with the IS / IT Strategic Plan and IT Standards.

  • Provide the necessary support to the users through the "Service Desk" organization.
  • Minimum Applicant Attribute

    Education / Qualification : Master

    Subject : Commercial / IT / Finance / Supply Chain / Engineering Language and Proficiency Level : French Intermediate English Advanced

  • Processes and IT Systems minded : Ability to understand Business needs and transform it into specifications
  • Team player, stakeholder-oriented, ability to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment, ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, creative, autonomous, problem-solving oriented, ability to work in a virtual team.
