Corporate Assistant - AIFM (M / F) Opportunity : Intertrust is looking for a Corporate Assistant to join its fast growing third-
party AIFM. You will deal with the day-to-day administrative affairs related to the AIFM and the funds under management. The Corporate Assistant will be working in a dynamic environment.

Position : As Corporate Assistant you will be responsible for a wide range of activities for the AIFM and the AIFs under management.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to : Administrative Maintaining of client filesAssisting with the preparation and execution of fund agreements (coordination of signatures)Supporting various types of (legal) correspondence, reports and other documentsUploading and maintenance of the fund documentation and agreements Legal and Corporate Secretarial Assisting in the organizing of board, senior management and internal committee’s meetings (drafting convening notices, prepare board pack and drafting minutes)Drafting minutes of internal meetingsAssisting with timely and accurate execution of corporate documents Compliance Supporting the legal team in all Compliance / KYC related matters Relationship Management Assisting in the appropriate organization and welcome of clients during client meetingsAssisting in the organization and preparation of conference call Profile : We are looking for individuals who : Have a high school degree or diploma1-
3 years of relevant experience in an international Legal, Tax or Trust environmentFluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
