Main Responsibilities :

Main Tasks :


  • Designs, implements, maintains IT Master Data Management Program at Group level;
  • Engages with cross functional business stakeholders to establish adoption of data governance definitions, policies and procedures to ensure continuous alignment around the development, maintenance, access, use, security, retention and retirement of master data information assets;
  • Owns and drives various mass data cleansing initiatives that would involve correcting inaccurate data, filling missing data, merging duplicates and building account hierarchy relationships;
  • Actively seeks new technologies to streamline and automate manual data management processes; reviews master data technology solution and makes recommendations based on fit with Ferrero strategic vision;
  • Contributes to the development of a collaborative approach for proactive monitoring, detecting, assessing and cleansing data quality issues to ensure fit for intended uses and sustained quality;
  • Builds the strategy, develops the roadmap, and manages end-user support for the application platform / s for data governance, data quality monitoring, and master data management capabilities;
  • Ensures benefits realization and lessons learned are documented;
  • Designs, communicates and implements ongoing processes for Master Data related issue identification and resolution;
  • Works with the rest of the IT team to understand critical Business goals, objectives and timeframes, key strategic changes regarding Master Data, and cost for programs and / or other strategic initiatives.

  • Leads market trends and technology industry's analysis to determine potential impacts on Master Data.

  • Collaboratively defines and implements direction and guidance to IT Business Intelligence (BI) and related internal and external integration and reporting teams and partners.

  • Updates the Steering Committee on Master Data initiative implementation, results, relationship with relevant internal and external partners;
  • Ensures the implementation of the project according to project guidelines;
  • Anticipates and solves issues with back-up solutions;
  • Assures compliance of quality standards.

  • Establishes governance cadence and ensures leadership connects towards enhancing value from master data;
  • Facilitates the dialogue between Master Data Governance board, business stakeholders and IT on Master Data initiatives while provides useful information and ensures alignment on priorities, implementation and governance with key stakeholders;
  • Operates as the single point of contact for all Master Data and related cross-functional data integration questions, comments and concerns from Business and IT.
  • Who we are looking for :

    Profile :

  • Master's degree in Data Management Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, statistics, or other IT-related field would be an added advantage;
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience;
  • Must have knowledge of working business standards within multinational work environments of matrix organizational structures in FMCG industry;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated Problem solving skills;
  • Display of good research and organizational abilities;
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
  • Must have good IT skills (including data evaluation / analysis using relevant computer application);
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and be able to display excellent customer service skills;
  • Must be willing and able to work in a team;
  • Ability to adapt to different and difficult scenarios;
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach;
  • Ethical and strong personal values.
  • IT skills :

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  • Language skills :

  • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Any other European language will be considered an asset.
