We are looking for Service Delivery Project Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will be :
Plan and oversee projects to ensure completion in time, budget and quality.
Investigate, select and drive the definition / specification and development of required processes, system features for Proactive Solutions Service Delivery, including customer support, fleet services and customer billing, as well as interfaces to other departments.
Serves as the process / system expert towards internal and external (towards GY IT) stakeholders for the Proactive Solutions Service Delivery portfolio.
Translates user / business requirements and problems into process or system requirements.
Continuously identify maximizes system efficiencies and coverage of business requirements.
To join our team you'll need :
Bachelor degree in Business / Economics or equivalent working experience
MBA in Business / Economics would be an asset
Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset
5+ years in Project management and Customer Service
General IT Background including SAP
Significant practical experience of delivering project of time and in budget
Knowledge, skills, abilities
Excellent problem solving skills and data analysis capabilities
Ablility to work on the process (Design) as well as in the process (Execution)
Experience in working in a technology-related industry (IT, telematics, etc.)
Experience in multinational environment
Hands-On-Mentality, Innovator, Think outside the box
Proactive and strong communication skills
