The Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing team is seeking a dynamic Marketing General Manager who will join a global team of employer brand marketers responsible for attracting and engaging top talent.
This person will create and implement the marketing strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns for recruitment marketing across NA and EMEA.
This person will apply their process management skills, liaison with creative agencies, and own and report on the lifecycle of each campaign to TA and business Leaders.
In this role you will partner with a team of Employer Brand marketers, PR specialists and recruiters to highlight the array of career opportunities in WW Operations to increase the diversity of our candidate pipeline.
You will engage candidates by highlighting authentic employee stories and communicate unique employee backrounds and perspectives that will resonate our unique brand across candidate touchpoints.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing a plan working backwards from market intelligence and demand targets to effectively engage candidates by featuring the wide array of career opportunities in Operations.
Successful candidates will have experience designing and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, assessing performance, and communicating results.
