Is it time to take your Funds Legal Advisor career to an other company? Our client, a renewed Bank in Luxembourg, is currently looking for an experienced candidate to reinforce their Legal department, for the position of :
Required skills for this Funds Legal Advisor position :
You ideally got a master's degree in Law.
You have between 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar position specifically in Luxembourg.
You have a good experience within a Banking environment, and you are used to work on UCITS funds (mandatory).
A good knowledge in Data protection (GDPR etc) would be considered as an asset.
You are organised and you have strong communication skills.
You are fluent in English and French (both are mandatory)
Your job as Funds Legal Advisor :
You will directly report to the Head of Legal of the Bank and will integrate a team of Legal Advisors. Please find below an example of your daily tasks :
You will support the team in managing the legal and regulatory risks for the Bank and for the Management Company.
You will ensure a regular watch on the new legal and regulatory activities in Luxembourg.
You will write and check legal documents (for example funds or agreement documents.)
You will ensure legal research and participate in regulatory projects.
You will update and draft procedures & policies and will bring an administrative support when needed.
