Amazon’s Work Force Staffing (WFS) organization is looking for a highly motivated and flexible Business Program Manager. As a Business program manager, you will support technology and business process initiatives that build scale, efficiency, and a great candidate experience that facilitates Amazon’s Tier 1 hiring across the EU.

You will be the connective tissue through the design, delivery, and implementation of new tools. Your specific responsibilities will include but not limited to :

  • Subject Matter Expertise develop deep knowledge of recruiting and onboarding solution(s) utilized by Amazon, advise the business on requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of these systems
  • Business Requirements - coordinate the collection of business requirements and partner with business and technology teams to design future state systems and business processes.
  • Quality Assurance Support User Acceptance Testing by writing and executing test scripts to ensure no defects are released into production
  • Communication Provide communications to project members on progress and issues; assist in providing pre and post launch communications to impacted teams
  • Change Management - Identify potential downstream impacts to reduce unintended consequences of the business change by working in partnership with program leaders and executive stakeholders to ensure change readiness and adoption.
  • Implementation Assist in the rollout of new tools and systems including completion of workflow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support activities
  • This role can be based in London or Luxembourg

  • Masters degree in business, HR, or related field
  • Strong systems knowledge and / or aptitude to learn systems quickly, experience defining technical requirements and working with development resources
  • Demonstrated program ownership and delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Has examples of improving operational processes and procedures, has the ability to drive program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional analytical skills, uses data to solve problems and able to think through issues from all sides; enjoys solving puzzles will be relentless in pursuing the root cause of an issue
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
  • Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
