Key responsibilities :

  • Play a key role in the migration and reconciliation of data from one system to another as well as play an active part in maintaining the core system offering
  • Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements
  • Review and update accounting entries prior to upload
  • Mapping of General Ledgers and Transaction Types prior to upload
  • Analyse historical accounting data and prepare calculation of investor allocation rules
  • Prepare and reconcile transactional data imports based on outputs from current system
  • Skills, knowledge, expertise :

  • Junior / Fund Accountant with some experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles
  • Good communicator orally and written
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of a company
  • We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.

    You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
