    In this role as an Sr. HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading EU wide projects and programs for the EU Sort Centre and Ground Air (SC&GA) Operations.

    You will be the builder’ ideally building the solutions using a human centered design methodology. You will interface with multiple teams within EU and US leveraging the larger Amazon infrastructure and aligning with the larger global strategy and approach related the programs you lead.

    You will have a keen eye for continuous improvement and build program which are built to scale, process efficiency and automation.

    The role does not require previous HR experience however an ability to dive deep and using data to drive decisions and solutions is a must.

    Amazon is an exciting, fast-paced, challenging yet rewarding environment so you will need to be able to manage multiple concurrent programs, be happy working at both the strategic and tactical level.

    Program management experience is preferred with an ability to balance competing priorities and thinking creatively to solve complex problems with innovative ideas.

  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications.
  • Facilitates project status meetings and communication to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences - Operations, legal, ER, Finance, HR.

  • Influences global teams and stakeholders on building and process design requirements.
  • Balances local needs with global standards.
