Your future responsibilities You’ll join the NIFSA Corporate Law team, which is is a new segregated team within NAM Business & Corporate Law, having the aim of managing the corporate legal aspects, including senior management support in various strategic projects, board secretarial work, legal governance of foreign presences through various forms as well as legal issues that are not covered by NIFSA Business Law.
What you’ll be doing : Assist with the corporate expansion of NIFSA and its maintenance Assist with the drafting and following-
up of any documentation to implement the internal framework of NIFSA and its foreign presences, through various forms Ensure sustainable coverage in respect of relevant corporate matters affecting NIFSA, the fund companies as well as the respective boards of directors from a legal perspective (GDPR, remuneration policy, etc.
Research on regulatory changes and propose action plans on new regulations Maintain active relations with internal as well as external stakeholders including but not limited to units in the NIFSA and NAM value chain as well as legal advisors The role is based in Luxembourg.

Your profile and background : A legal degree with some experience (up to 3 year) in an asset management environment, and / or a law firm or a consulting company with a focus on corporate legal and regulatory matters impacting the fund industry as well as its products in Luxembourg Willing to improve knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory environment including company laws as well as international standards and demands Strong analytical and detailed-
oriented skills coupled with sound judgement / reasoning aptitude Fluency in English, verbal and written is a must.
