Reporting to the Head of HR Solutions and Rewards in Luxembourg, you will be part of a team in charge of several HR areas (such as Rewards, HR Operations / Solutions including Payroll, HR Data / Analytics, HR Risks & Compliance, HR Legal) and act for the Group’s European entities and their branches.

Your role

Working closely with the HR Group teams, the HR Business Partners (HRBP) in Luxembourg and your team, you will support or lead the definition, standardisation, implementation and control of HR operational processes for the European entities and their branches while identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline, automate and simplify.

You will also support or lead the review, implementation, follow-up and control of HR audit recommendations, delegated / outsourced HR activities and the HR Internal Control System (ICS) on key processes.

We are looking for a candidate with specific experience and skills in some of the following categories :

  • A good track record of delivering quality project or assignment outputs with a focus on delivering measurable HR improvements, preferably from working for a major advisory business, consultancy or corporation.
  • Planning, designing and shaping project work streams, managing progress, resolving issues and limiting risks.
  • Meeting milestones within time, cost and quality constraints.
  • Solid problem solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions / solutions.
  • Managing change, designing new processes, formalising roles and responsibilities, setting up training, planning and implementing process changes and controls, and drawing up change facilitation documentation.
  • Experience helping re-structure HR functions / teams to deliver optimal service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • You will strive to optimise global process efficiency and productivity, fostering operational innovation and ensuring that exceptional HR service is delivered to the HRBPs, HR centres of expertise, managers and employees.

    Your profile

  • University degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP / SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Skilled user of common IT applications (MS Office).
  • Fluent in French. Good command of English.
  • High level of personal integrity and a team player.
  • Drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks.
  • Strong communicator able to build lasting relationships.
