PAS encompass Mobility, Global Employment Tax Services, Total Rewards, HR Performance Improvement and Immigration Services.

Mobility Services include social security tax compliance and advisory services, mobility policy design, executive compensation advice, employer tax advice and global coordination.

We advise multinational companies on strategies, policies and processes in the area of international assignments.

Your responsibilities :

You may want to influence the extensive field of our People Advisory Services and leave your fingerprint on the occasion of the expansion of our team : You will take over more responsibility with increasing experience.

As a Senior Consultant (m / f) you will be supported by a team which you will lead and guide professionally. In addition, you will prepare strategic meetings with our clients.

Your tasks will include :

  • Interface with clients and colleagues, located throughout the world, by phone and in person
  • Analyze client tax data
  • Prepare complex personal income tax returns
  • Review personal income tax returns
  • Advise clients on the tax implications of working in another tax jurisdiction
  • Tax technical research to support both compliance and advisory deliverables
  • Leverage technology to maximize productivity
  • Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude
  • Your profile :

    The following requirements will help you get started with EY : On the one hand, a degree in economics or law with a focus on international human resources management or tax law, combined with profound practical knowledge supporting expatriates (at least three years of professional experience) as well as solid knowledge in income tax law.

    On the other hand, you are client-focused, acquired experience abroad and are fluent in English. Your mother tongue is either German or French, any additional language (such as Italian) would be an advantage.

    It is of secondary importance where you gained your experience whether in the relevant department of a company, with an advisory firm or an external mobility service provider.

    You also have knowledge of account, team and mobility project management.
