Inspired by a deep and broad knowledge of IT and IT operations, the incumbent will ensure operational excellence, transform the operation into an effective DevOps setup in close collaboration with the local IT change team and local infrastructure team.

We offer :

  • A team leadership position in Luxembourg accountable for all run-the-bank activities by assuring production stability and crises management, including amongst others, incident handling, communication to partners, disaster recovery and business continuity.
  • Owning and driving all environment related tasks in relation to the IT application environment of the bank (environment management),
  • vendor & contract management of all on boarded applications as well as being involved in contract negotiations with existing and future partners,
  • Effectively providing strategic direction, vision and coaching whilst assuring compliance with all pertinent procedures and regulations and ensuring diversity and inclusion.
  • Financial management responsibility for the IT Luxembourg run-the-bank operation. This includes looking for ways to control cost while minimizing overall reputation and monetary risks.
  • You Offer

  • You are an experienced IT manager with a deep understanding of IT operations processes and operational platforms.
  • Proven experience in ensuring platform compliance, maintainability, and production stability (ideally trained in ITIL with intermediate knowledge of Service Transition and Service Operations).
  • Demonstrated relevant supervisory control and risk awareness.
  • Ability to work with executives and key partners across both a dynamic domestic and complex international corporate environment.
  • Thereby you are client centric with positive relationship management, influence and persuasion skills.

  • Validated ability to improve the business through positive and productive change.
  • Excellent analysis, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to handle crises and handle stressful situations.
  • Very good communication (oral, written and presentation in English language) including interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Experience in handling vendors and setting up complex contracts.
  • You have passion for interpersonal and motivational skills with proven ability to build a high performance team and lead them to success.
  • Dedication to maintaining an appropriate level of IT and banking operations knowledge; keeping current on Credit Suisse's policies and objectives;
  • continual expansion of knowledge of the business, industry and the competition.
