Talent Acquisition Trainee - Luxembourg

Join our Talent Acquisition dynamic and international team in Luxembourg as a Talent Acquisition Trainee for a 4 to 6 month's internship.

As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.


You will be part of an international and dynamic team and act as a support for our Talent Acquisition activity in the following tasks :

  • Scheduling interviews;
  • Maintaining job boards (local & International);
  • Updating excel files and liaising with ADEM regarding the current opening;
  • Organising and attending of job fairs or other recruitment-related events;
  • Updating HR database and various reporting;
  • Administrative day-to-day tasks (filing, scanning of documents, copying, etc.);
  • Be involved in the recruitment process and progressively responsible of the full life cycle recruitment for trainee population.

    What we’ll look for on your CV :

  • You are currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor or Master, ideally within Human Resources field);
  • You have very good knowledge of Pack Office;
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factor is an advantage;
  • You are fluent in English (knowledge of French is considered an asset);
  • Your university can provide an internship agreement.
