As part of a project team and / or working independently,
You will participate in client whiteboards and discussions
You will summarize / document client project requirements
You will lead and / or contribute to technical design sessions
You will Prepare technical design documentation and task-level project plans
You will manage client expectations and communications
Background in Messaging (Lotus Notes and Exchange)
Migration and coexistence experience with all currently supported versions of Lotus Notes to Exchange using Quest
Hands-on experience migrating enterprise organizations to Office 365
Experience managing and remediating Active Directory items that could prevent a migration to Office 365
Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios
Experience with third-party migration tools from companies like Dell
Hands-on experience with Cloud Identity and Security technologies (EM+S, Federation Services, Identity Management)
Hands-on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration
Expert-level PowerShell capabilities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges
Client focus and the ability to effectively communicate with client sponsors
