Your Responsibilities : Your typical day will consist of taking part in a large range of tasks including : Reception and Client Services Ensuring the Center opens and is ready on time to welcome their clientsEnsuring the reception area looks professional and clean at all timesWarm and professional welcome of clients and ensure to respond to their needsAccompanying the visitors in a professional mannerDealing with all client enquiries and taking action in a timely mannerBuild and keep a perfect client relationshipManaging incoming calls with a professional introductionHandling of incoming post and delivering it to the clientCollecting outgoing post and packagesRecord all tasks of franking and sending packages into Client invoicing systemOrdering of lunchAdmin supportHousekeeping Daily check of the floor, kitchen, vending machine, copy points, meeting rooms, toilets to ensure a clean, professional and welcoming environment Stock managementMaintenance of standard room set-
up Meeting Room Managing bookings, setting-up of roomsManaging catering requests, refreshments, coffee breaks and equipmentPreparing the access to the WIFI connectionEnsuring a professional welcome and accompany the visitors General Center Management Task Responsible for the day to day operations of the health and safety policies at the CenterPreparing the client move in and move out procedurePreparation and maintenance of client filesEnsuring general filing, updating of procedures and invoicing preparationInvolvement in various business and center auditsAssisting with sales enquiries and viewingsAssist Sales team in preparing sales documents and visitsHelping in clients connectivityHandling internet and telephone issues by proactive actions and good analysis of the situationRegular contact with different providers to resolve issues, breakdown, etc.
