Key responsibilities areas :
Providing support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gaming,
Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer inquiries,
Liaising with internal departments,
Escalating queries where necessary,
Promoting safer gambling,
Awareness of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements,
Applying self-exclusion to customers’ accounts,
Dealing with responsible gambling queries and complaints.
Key Competencies :
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Responsible Gaming practices,
The ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions,
Excellent communication skills and exceptional listening skills,
Motivation to put the customer first and display an understanding of customers’ needs,
