As part of the IT Financial Control department, the Project Management Officer will liaise with other PMO (from other IT HUB countries) in order to consolidate budget data for IT costs of several business domains.
He / she will provide the CIO with monitoring dashboards for budget arbitrage.
Key Responsibilities & Expected result area
Consolidate budget IT costs of several IT centres
Actively contribute to budget and forecast exercises by gathering required information from team managers, by consolidating figures and synchronising with IT and Finance departments
Analyse variations between budget and forecast and prepare reporting for decision making
Improve budget analysis dashboards
Ensure input of budget data into IT financial tool
Experience required / expected
Bachelor Degree (BAC+4) in Technology, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in PMO activities
Broad understanding of the asset management industry
Proven expertise and established track record in Project Management Officer role or similar function
Excellent PC skills, Advanced Excel (pivot table), Access, Power Point
Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential
