The role sits within IT GCTO End User Services in the End User Support Services’ department. The EUSS Branch Support Luxembourg team provides L2 desktop support to 1100+ private banking users in Luxembourg, France, Austria, Portugal and the Netherlands.
Additionally the team perform IT infrastructure support for local applications / services (Unix, Windows, Database and Network).
The primary function of the role is to supplement the level 2 desktop support capability in the Luxembourg branch and to provide a senior experienced skillset in desktop support and VDI / Citrix engineering and implementation.
