To support our growth, our People & Culture is currently seeking a : Learning Specialist The Learning Specialist contributes to the development of KPMG Luxembourg’s annual training programs and learning services by undertaking a learning needs analysis, facilitation, implementation & project management.

Based on the Development strategy agreed together with the Talent Business Partner and the Business, the Learning Specialist will develop and implement learning strategies and programs, as well as keep track on expenses and relationships with external and internal facilitators & providers.

The role will work across one of the functions (audit / tax / advisory / central services) and / or on firm wide projects.

As a Learning Specialist, you will :

  • Be responsible of the learning program implementation by :
  • Liaising with the Talent Business Partners & the Business to define development needs & solutions- Monitoring the program to ensure delivery on time : coordinate with internal teams (Facilities / IT), including booking and timely cancellation of venues- Seeking feedback from participants & summarize it to key stakeholders (Talent Business Partners & Business)
  • Be the main contact point to the Course Leaders / Facilitators & the main contact point of the participants by :
  • Ensuring the training logistics are effectively in place and provide extra logistical support & orientation when needed (external trainings, etc)- Supporting successful delivery of learning programs by sourcing and supporting appropriate (external and internal) instructors ensuring they are briefed and prepared to deliver their program / sessions
  • Be in charge of the training Operations
  • The perfect candidate

  • Holds a bachelor / master degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, economics, event management etc.
  • Has already some experience in a learning & development or administrative role.
  • Has (ideally) a first experience in an audit environment as either auditor or audit learning expert.
  • Has good presentation & communication skills
  • Is fluent in English. French and German are considered as an asset.
