    Role & Key Responsibilities :

    The Outsourcing and Technology Manager at FundRock is responsible for the management of the IT outsourcing, provider relationship and internal and external relationship management, covering cyber security, business continuity and IT regulatory compliance.

    The scope of the role will include :

  • Management of the relationship and participate to service reviews with IT solution providers
  • Maintenance of the Cloud register
  • Perform risk & materiality assessment, initial and ongoing due diligences on IT outsourcing providers
  • Intervention during the Risk and Control, Management Committees as a representative for Technology
  • Participation to client due diligences and prospect meetings
  • Ownership of the technology stream during internal, external audits
  • Manage the vendor Relationship with Group IT, the FundRock ICT infrastructure provider, the IT outsourced solutions providers
  • Respond to audit, client due diligences request and regulator questions
  • Manage and maintain the CSSF Cloud outsourcing Register
  • Manage the outsourcing framework by performing due diligences and risk assessment
  • Attend the Management and Risk and Control committee as the Technology stakeholder
  • Manage and maintain the procedure and policies framework
  • Manage the company’s cybersecurity network
  • Support the conducting officers in their regulatory duties pertaining to technology
  • Support the Sales department in client pitch meetings
  • The successful candidate will have a proven experience in IT & outsourcing management for Financial Industry companies in a regulated environment, especially in Luxembourg.

    In their previous endeavours, the candidate would also have ideally demonstrated very strong communication skills in customer and auditor facing situations.

    Essential :

  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, outsourcing management in a regulated environment, preferably in Luxembourg (knowledge of CSSF circulars 18 / 698, 12 / 552, 17 / 654)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient and resourceful
  • Experience with outsourcing (process and governance framework)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both verbal and written in English (other languages are a bonus)
  • Confident and credible partnering with stakeholders, sponsors to C-Suite level and clients
  • Preferable :

  • Strong background in financial services fund administration, banking, custody, depositary, ManCo, Corporate Services
  • Experience of delivering Technology change
  • Experience with vendor management
