What the job is about
Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
Practices multiple methods of creative sourcing including networking, cold call recruiting and pipelining;
Deliver comprehensive approach to talent acquisition that encompasses every stage of the hiring process, from the initial job requisition and hiring manager intake, all the way through to verbal acceptance of the offer;
Collaborate with all stakeholders at own initiative. Realization of common understanding of hiring needs. Provide information to stakeholders which enables them to make decisions;
Ensure compliance with procedures related to own area of expertise. Check the latest labour law to ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards. Have a focus on GDPR;
Partner with other HR team members to coordinate strategies and activities in order to create efficiencies;
Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement.
What to bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field required;
3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for positions at all levels; proven track record for producing hiring results;
demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts; extensive candidate sourcing experience preferred;
Extensive knowledge of the functions and capabilities of an applicant tracking system, proficient with Microsoft Office;
Professional communications skills in French and English in both, oral and written;
Motivation to reach out for feedback & comfort in constructively providing it;
Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals;
A highly collaborative spirit & person-centric mindset.
