Our client is an international law firm offering a wide range of services in many sectors. Facing a constant growth, Select has been mandated to recruit an Administrative Assistant, a key role for the efficiency of the office on a daily basis.

You will take part in supporting a team of experienced and talented lawyers. As a key person, you will need to provide the same level of quality service of the professionals you are working for and with.

  • It means be passionate, dedicated and proactive. You are looking for a dynamic, motivating and challenging environment : this is the right job for you! As an Administrative Assistant you will be able to perform the following tasks : Manage correspondences (emails, phone calls, documents to be sent via courier);
  • Handle agenda; Organize internal and external meetings and prepare the appropriate documentation; Coordinate and organize business trips (flights, hotels and keep track of the expenses);
  • Invoicing; Be the key contact with the clients; Give general support to the department and ensure its efficiency. Profile You speak English and French fluently ;
  • You hold a previous 2 years’ experience ideally in a law firm or in the Big 4, Trust or Financial Institutions; You are proactive, autonomous and a team player;
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken); You are quickly operational; You are discreet; You have an outstanding presentation.
