Corporate Officer - Manage Portfolio of high-level Private Equity and Debt funds! Our client is a leading specialist in the Alternative Investment funds space operating all over Europe and is seeking an experienced Corporate Officer to join their private equity team taking on an exciting position within the department.
In this role, you will be overseeing the day to day corporate administrative duties, working on the full life cycle of the funds and structures.
Also working with the team and management, organised and managing a varied portfolio of clients. You will have continuous growth and internal development are its a key motto of the firm, leading the way for you to progress up the ladder and take on further responsibility.

Interviews are happening via phone and VC so the managers can still hire great talent in the fund and asset management space on demand! Main Duties : Manage and liaise with a busy and demanding portfolio of clients Manage the full life cycle for private equity and debt entities you manage.
Attend and prepare minutes for client and shareholder board meetings Prepare, review, track and file all legal documents Work as the first point of contact for matters related to your fund structures Coordinate with other teams and third parties, tax, legal, and accounting etc.
