Amazon’s EU Marketplace Pricing & Authoritative Selection team is seeking a talented, passionate and analytically driven Senior Product Manager to support the growth of our brand presence in the EU, introduce new policies and optimize processes to increase brand and seller trust and improve the customer buying experience.
This role requires sound business judgment and an ability to think strategically. You will work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, handling complex issues to execute the program’s roadmap.
An expert collaborator and individual contributor, you will be negotiating with key business partners including Retail and Selling Partner teams to ensure a world-class delivery of the plan to gain alignment on program implementation, optimization and adoption.
Owning the end-to-end customer experience and leveraging seller and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve current selection.
Prioritizing opportunities and collaborating with business, product and engineering teams WW, to define, scope, schedule, test and deploy prioritized projects
Owning end to end product restriction process starting from policy, implementation, operations, monitoring and metrics and continuous improvements
Defining rules and metrics that govern the short and long term growth of different categories
Managing multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization / time management and problem solving skills
Working with remote operations teams to ensure goal tracking and key objectives are achieved
Defining, monitoring and reporting control mechanisms and KPIs across multiple marketplaces
You are independent and flexible with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re customer obsessed and have extensive experience working with data, especially with respect to mechanisms for goal tracking and stakeholder coordination.
You have a high attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
You build trust, communicate excellently with cross-functional teams, and can influence senior leaders and organization wide policies.

The EU Marketplace Pricing & Authoritative Selection team is responsible for all facets of the third party pricing experience across EU as well as growing our brand presence in the EU, increasing brand and seller trust, and improving the customer buying experience.
This position is based in Luxembourg.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, statistics, economics, business and / or relevant field of study
3+ years of Product Management, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Consulting roles that have included extensive quantitative analysis and stakeholder management
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including an ability to communicate with cross functional teams (technical and business)
MBA or advanced degree
Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast-paced environment
Core Program and Project Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, data audits, review meetings, process audits)
Demonstrated experience in leading analysis, customer segmentation, and / or product behavior analysis
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Ability to understand and describe complex behavior patterns and interactions
Experience working with Machine Learning, R or Python
