The Project Management Department acts as a centre of excellence, liaising with all departments, coordinating and striving for implementation in agreed budget, time and scope.
It is also responsible for the analysis, planning and management of projects related to operational and system improvements.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Senior Project Manager on a permanent contract to support the team in place.
Your main tasks will be to :
Lead and coordinate the definition and implementation of programs / projects
Build and monitor the programs / projects plan and budget
Build the appropriate governance for each program / project, in strict respect of the Bank’s governance
Lead the different aspects of the project phases managing efficiently the constraints of cost, time and scope
Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings, including the monthly steering committee and reporting to sponsoring group.
Act as a leader and ensure the efficient collaboration of the different actions involved in the program / project
Ensure communication flows within the project team, the stakeholders and vendors for project status and activities
Job requirements :
Studies in Business Administration, Economics or IT
Strong experience in program / project management or assimilated role within financial services industry
Very good understanding and knowledge of banking activities (Asset Services, Transaction Management and / or Fund Accounting)
Proven track record with large digital, regulatory and other transformation or change initiatives
Team spirit; enthusiasm and problem solving attitude
Excellent analytical and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Fluent in English
