Greenfield is delighted to be working with an international Automotive company in their search for an Operations Customer Support Officer.

You will work in a team of 4 people and report to the Operations Manager in a range of tasks. The organization is a growing start up within an automotive conglomerate.

A great opportunity for someone who is interested in developing and making a mark on a company. Your Job Responsibilities Act as a Level Two support for end-

customers and merchants and help to solve requests in a timely and professional manner and from various communication channels Work closely together and oversee the Level 1 Customer Support Team to maintain or increase their level of performance.

  • Create training materials and provide trainings for the Level 1 Customer Support Support actively the Operations Manager on day to day operational activities around payment services;
  • Support and initiate improvements to the payment processes and systems based on customer feedback; Identify innovative ideas to improve the customer experience of the payment process;
  • Create weekly reports to Management in regards to customer support activities; Enhance content and manage the customer support knowledge database Establish support concepts together with merchants Support the KYB onboarding process for Compliance Your profile Fluent in English and German Spanish would be considered as an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English BS / BA degree in related field required or equivalent professional work-

    related experience 1+ year related professional experience; preferably at a financial institution or in customer support Strong time management skills Ability to prioritize and to develop innovative solutions when problems arise Have highest standards of integrity reflected in all external and internal interactions Practiced communicator in written, graphical and oral forms, with a collaborative and flexible style.

    Practiced interpersonal skills, with the ability to create relationships internally and externally. Knows how to get things done in a complex organization and can easily navigate across a range of business cultures.
