Facing a massive growth in their activities, we are currently recruiting an IT Customer Support to join their multicultural and dynamic team in Luxembourg.
The role includes the following tasks : Collect and handle incidents and service requests Document and maintain the incident tracking system Initiate incident escalation to the right technical team Follow all steps of ticket Life Cycle Deliver and follow a high level of services deliver to the customers Improve the Helpdesk Procedures To support the team you will have to : Have a first succeeded experience in a customer service or as a helpdesk Excellent IT skills (Linux, SQL, Troubleshooting skills) Experience in Card payment industry is an asset.
Be fluent in English, any other European language is an asset.
