Greenfield are very happy to help an asset management company who is a boutique real estate investor and developer, in their search of a Part-time Office Manager (20 / 25 hours a week).
You will be hired as a maternity cover for a fixed period of 6 months. The working hours will be in the afternoon. This opportunity can / may lead into a permanent contract.
Your role : Taking care of all office management tasks including : ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies, arranging DHL and regular mail, being the contact person for all suppliers as well as for IT issues.
Taking care of administration tasks for the teams such as : coordinating meetings and boardrooms, booking travel arrangements, drafting expense reports and credit card verification taking care of invoices Taking care of other administrative tasks such archiving.
Your profile : Available immediately and can work afternoons as of 1pm until 5 or 6pm, Min 2 years of experience in a similar role, Fluent in English any other languages are a plus, Excellent knowledge of MS office : word, excel and PowerPoint, Proactive, team player, can-do attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
