For one of our clients, we are looking for a TA Junior :
Creation and maintenance of share / unitholders’ register;
Process of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares / units and book the transaction afterwards;
Preparation and sending of contract notes and share / unitholders’ statements to the fund's / SICAR’s investors.
Preparation / review of specific investors reporting.
Handling of all incoming requests, either from client, either from other counterparts, regarding Depositary or AIFM tasks.
You have a first similar experience;
Your are fluent in English;
You have goo oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Customer service focus and delivery.
Numerical ability and analytical skills.
Self-motivation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
