Following up the obtaining of director’s signatures and scheduling meetings. Be the main contact with notaries, lawyers, RCS, etc.
Delivering and picking up documents when necessary. Receiving and preparing the daily mailing, phone calls, ; Performing other administrative tasks requested for business reason as fill in forms or provide KYC information when requested.
Acting as a back up of other team members. Who we are looking for : Bac +3 minimun. Ideally you hold a Bachelor degree in legal.
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a law firm or legal department of a company. You are fluent in English (proficient user), Spanish (proficient user) and French (proficient user).
You are proficient with the MS Office tool and especially with Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You are organized, attentive to detail, energetic, a team player as well as able to work on your own, open-
minded and eager to evolve in an international organization.
