Our client an Industrial company is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist.
In this job creation you will report directly to the Payroll Manager of the group and will be responsible for manage and process salary payments for Luxembourg and of non-Luxembourg payrolls.
You will be the interface between the business and the in-country partner, you will have to collect payroll information though the HRIS system, send payroll information to the payroll consulting company, check and confirm that the calculation are accurate.
You will check social security declaration (sickness and salaries), reconciliations of the monthly mutuality reimbursement and other regulatory reportings done by our ICP.
You will also actively participate to process harmonization and standardization around pay policies, legal and data protection impact of a clocking system, closely working with the ICP for our payroll delivery planning.
In order to succeed in this role the ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in a similar position in Luxembourg.
Ideally gained in an industrial environment or in a fiduciary company.
He has very good knowledge of Luxembourg law.
He used to use HRIS system and is able to interact easily and develop the system.
He speaks fluently English and French.
