Tasks / missions
Act autonomously and in collaboration with other LGX team members and management on the following :
Design training material for diverse kind of audiences in the field of sustainable finance
Deliver training sessions on different sustainable finance subjects
Develop the existing content of LGX Academy taking up innovative approaches
Contribute to LGX Academy organisation and development including but not limited to administrative tasks, LGX Academy digital platform, etc
Follow up and contribute to different partnerships of LGX Academy
Promoting LGX internally and externally
BAC+3 minimum in finance, business management or economics
From 5 to 10 years of professional experience (preferably in financial sector) with at least one relevant professional experience in sustainable finance (funds, capital markets, banking, etc)
Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak and present in front of an audience
Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Good communication skills in French and English (German and / or Luxembourgish would be an advantage)
Team-oriented and independent
Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
Excellent knowledge of PPT, Word and Excel.
