Mission

You will be in charge of the coordination, execution and ongoing monitoring of Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Debt investment operations (acquisitions, disposal) for alternative funds and holding companies.

You will ensure the coordination and follow-up of audits as well as the delivery of documents of proof of ownership. You will be in charge of the accounting of holding companies under the supervision of an experienced member of staff.

You will act as the main interlocutor with clients.

As the chosen applicant, you will have several years' experience working in the field of investment funds. You will be recognized for your professionalism and your in-

depth expertise in the areas for which you have been responsible. You will also be proactive, conscientious and have excellent communication skills and wish to make use of your flair for analysis and synthesis as part of a growing team where you will be able to use your skills to achieve the objectives you are set.

You will also take account of the legal and financial framework in your approach to situations and select the appropriate solutions.
