Main activities :

Ensure the implementation of global processes and the definition of strategies at Business Unit level in the area of Total Reward, with the aim of contributing to the growth and development of Human Resources.

  • Implement both fixed and variable remuneration policies, ensuring timely and effective oversight of related processes in the geographical areas of responsibility (40+ countries, 4000+ employees);
  • Provide highly competent Total Reward support to corporate areas and Business Partnership, collaborating in the sharing of best practices and ensuring the availability of the best solutions and tools;
  • Maintaining constant dialogue with People Partners for the acknowledgement of the needs of the various company areas, possibly translating them into projects and elements of improvement for the area of competence;
  • Maintain constant contact with the Talent Management and Organisation Design CoEs for the definition of meritocratic policies and remuneration benchmarks;
  • Maintaining constant dialogue with the Global areas for the purpose of mutual and constant alignment and with the goal of implementing global processes, in synergy with the various geographical areas, with the appropriate local variations;
  • Operational management of local benefits plans;
  • Budgeting and monitoring of the operating costs of the Human Resources department;
  • Management of the passive cycle for the Human Resources department;
  • Workforce planning management for Italy and process coordination for the Business Unit;
  • Management of local variable incentive plans.

  • Seniority / Professional experience :

  • At least 8 / 10 years of experience in the same role
  • Previous experience in Total Reward
  • Qualification :

  • A degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is an advantage
  • Principali attività :

    Garantire l’implementazione dei processi globali e la definizione di strategie a livello di Business Unit in ambito di Total Reward, con l’obiettivo di contribuire alla crescita ed allo sviluppo delle Risorse Umane.

  • Implementare le politiche di remunerazione sia fissa che variabile, assicurando un puntuale ed efficace presidio dei relativi processi nelle aree geografiche di competenza (40+ paesi, 4000+ dipendenti);
  • Fornire un supporto ad elevata competenza in materia di Total Reward alle strutture aziendali ed agli enti di Business Partnership, collaborando alla diffusione di best practices e garantendo la disponibilità delle migliori soluzioni e strumenti;
  • Mantenere un dialogo costante con i People Partners per il recepimento delle necessità delle diverse aree aziendali, eventualmente traducendole in progettualità ed elementi di miglioramento per l’area di competenza;
  • Mantenere un contatto costante con i CoEs Talent Management e Organization Design per la definizione delle politiche meritocratiche e dei benchmark retributivi;
  • Mantenere un costante dialogo con le strutture Global al fine di un reciproco e costante allineamento e con l’obiettivo di implementare processi globali, in sinergia con le diverse strutture geografiche, con le opportune declinazioni locali;
  • Gestione operativa dei piani di benefits locali;
  • Elaborazione del budget e monitoraggio del consuntivo dei costi operativi della direzione Risorse Umane;
  • Gestione del ciclo passivo per la direzione Risorse Umane;
  • Gestione del workforce planning per l’Italia e coordinamento del processo per la Business Unit;
  • Gestione dei piani di incentivazione variabile locali.

  • Rappresenta titolo preferenziale la Laurea in discipline STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
