Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will actively support your team in the various daily administrative and organisational tasks related to the activities of your department.
Responsibilities : The Administrative Assistant is responsible for giving efficient administrative support to the team : Serve as the internal "single point of contact" for administrative needs Draw up and manage records, files and documents (letters, reports, presentations, etc.
Manage mail, supplies and internal calls.
In order to successfully perform your duties, you will work with one or several experienced secretaries, giving you the opportunity to perform a variety of rewarding tasks while learning how to use the wide range of tools available.
You are service-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.
