Relationship Manager - Financial Institutions
Permanent position / Banking sector
Your mission :
As a Relationship Manager (Financial Institutions), you will be responsible for establishing consultative and trusted relationships with your Clients.
You will build, create, and keep up beneficial loaning and deposit relationships with new and existing clients.
You will do outstanding Credit Data Analysis to establish the degree of risk involved in the transaction .
You will monitor credit exposure and report risk indicators to risk department on an on-going basis.
You will verify different values indicators of companies being evaluated with similar establishments to determine risk.
You will prepare business gatherings and propose the most appropriate approaches to promote and communicate the bank's products / services.
You will complete loan applications, and prepare the summary / credit analyses for the credit committees for approval.
You will do visits to your customers / prospects in a way to know their current needs, identify their financial goals and understand their businesses.
You will apply / develop business techniques to obtain new customers (corporate or institutional)
You will ensure that requests from prospects and clients are answered in due time and perform a close monitoring of the good running of the whole process which is under his / her responsibility.
You will do a strong monitoring of all the requests of your existing clients as well as prospects in order to provide the right answer in due time.
You will build excellent long-term relationships with existing clients, maintain regular exchange with them and advise them on how We / You can support their growth plans.
Your Profile :
You have a Bachelor or Master's degree i n financial, economic, management, mathematics, engineering or law.
You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Banking sector.
You have an experience in front desk of commercial banking, corporate / mergers and acquisitions experience (nice to have).
You have a high risk awareness and solution oriented attitude with attention to detail.
You are autonomous
You have a strong communication / listening skills
You have commercial insight and the negotiation is easy for you.
Good interpersonal ability to solve conflicts, both within their business and between their business and the client
Good knowledge of Excel
Work under pressure is not a problem for you, your main objective is finalize your deal but also maintain a solid relationship with your Clients.
You are fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory) any other language will be a valuable asset for your market.
