Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager, Knowledge Experience and Technology for our growing Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's fast growth and technology innovation.
The Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team maintains and optimizes technologies ranging from large, modern, purpose built warehouses utilizing robotics and high volume conveyance all the way through the value chain to small, high speed warehouses placed as close to our customers as possible.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Amazon’s RME Learning & Information Services team is quickly evolving and is looking for a skilled, driven, Knowledge Experience and Technology (KxT) leader to design, scale, and execute strategies that deliver the right information and documentation, to the right people, at the right time.
Our growing portfolio of information and knowledge includes technical, safety, and compliance driven topics / standards that keep our people safe, promotes quality, and accelerates on-the-job problem solving and performance support across the network.
The Knowledge Management Leader will provide knowledge management, change management, and communications support as a pan EU service.
Their aim is to define and execute strategies that support our goal of providing innovative, simplified and friction-free access to the right information and knowledge when and where our customers need it most.
In this role, you will work with our RME team to establish and drive our KxT strategy, build relationships, lead special projects, and raise the bar on the overall knowledge transfer experience.
You will work both independently and as an integrated member of project teams to conduct detailed knowledge / documentation sharing analysis and requirements gathering, design and build innovative KM, change, and communications solutions, while measuring the effectiveness of the associated portfolio of strategies.
Your consultative skillset allows you to partner effectively with a wide range of global senior leaders and field subject matter experts to design and develop delivery mechanisms that drive adoption of our solutions.
Your detailed planning and project management skills allow you to manage multiple priorities and pivot with agility when circumstances change or a new direction is set.
