To create a brand new branch in Luxembourg, they are looking for a new family member.
As a software implementation engineer, you are in the middle of IT teams and industries and this position give you the opportunity to act as a key player in the software lifecycle.
The two related experiments are possible to succeed your mission : background computer or technical.
Your wide scope of application requires a strong desire for learning, since from the creation of BRD to the configuration of software settings, you manage in the end the IT and business needs while maintaining a high technical concentration.
Your main role are to manage the software life cycle.
This includes supporting your customers when implementing, upgrading or troubleshooting modules and also working with your nearshore IT team to help them improve the software.
In addition, you manage the customer relationship and act as a consultant to analyze and model the various solutions.
This position requires a strong consulting and solution-oriented spirit to satisfy the customer experience and give you a real career path.
At least 2 years of experience with software implementation, - A proven experience in an international organization is an advantage.
You are fluent in French and English, - You are recognize as a people person, autonomous with good communication skills and are focus on client service quality, -
You have good teaching / coaching ability and a very good sense of organization and communication.
