Mission

  • Managing the accounting control process;
  • Ensuring the definition of accountability for SGBT financial statements, liaising with other entities (Paris and Europe) according to standards defined by the Group;
  • Ensuring the tower control of the accuracy, quality and timeliness of permanent supervision, accounting certification and of financial information broadcasted inside and outside the Group;
  • Coordinating the accounting certification process (I2C) or SGBT scope;
  • Preparing and managing the Accounting Committee and I2C Synthesis;
  • Monitoring the relationship with the Shared Service Center;
  • Ensuring the monitoring on the timely closure process for SGBT & subsidiaries, thus facilitating the relationship with external auditors;
  • Being part of various projects and of continuous improvement of accounting data quality.
  • Profile

  • Master’s degree (BAC+5);
  • Able to understand economic and financial aspects of New Products based on flowchart, normative and valuation aspects;
  • Good product knowledge and normative impact on market and / or financing products;
  • Familiar with various IT systems : Front-to-Back booking tools, Accounting;
  • Very good communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities both in French and English;
  • Strong analytical skills : highlight stakes, objective;
  • Attentive to details and capable to maintain global view of the situation.
  • Good teaching skills, assertive;
  • Client oriented, with excellent inter-personal skills : able to handle other departments and market activity constraints;
  • Ability to have a comprehensiveness behavior in case of conflict, good negotiation skills.
  • Pragmatic, with a solutions-driven approach;
  • Ability to work under high pressure environment;
  • Project management skills : produce a clear action plan to reach consensus, be able to deliver on time with budget constraints, anticipate potential blocking points.

    Our Recruitment process :

    The short-listed candidates will be invited to perform a reasoning test, a personality questionnaire and to one or more face to face interviews in order to discuss about their experience, skills and values.

    In order to finalize the recruitment process, the selected candidate will have to present a certain number of supporting documents before his integration (copy of diplomas, proof of previous jobs, and possibly an extract of the criminal record (bulletin n 3 for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
