Transfer Pricing and Regulatory Officer

Your responsibilities :

The Transfer Pricing & Regulatory Officer is responsible for the timely and correct handling of day-to-day Transfer Pricing requirements of the clients, including advice on technical matters, correspondence and other communication with clients, third parties and Vistra’s teams

  • Assist on standard matters related with all Transfer Pricing Services, including CbCR reporting and notification
  • Assist the client servicing units / teams with Transfer Pricing matters in their everyday work
  • Assist with Transfer Pricing and other regulatory technical matters reported by team members
  • Ensure the preparation of the work on time with the required level of quality
  • Get acquainted with client needs when performing Transfer Pricing analyses and develop technical research capabilities
  • Understand all the compliance and transfer pricing requirements applicable to Vistra Group and its clients
  • Your profile :

  • University degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Tax with a specialisation in Transfer Pricing
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Luxembourg Transfer Pricing rules
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of French or German would be an asset
  • Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
  • Proactive with a client service orientated attitude
