Your work environment

The Client Administration department, (+ / - 80employees), plays a key part as the first line of defense. The departmentsupports the commercial line regarding their activities day to day and most ofall implement new regulations.

Activitiesrange from the issuing of tax statements to various analysis, as well asmanagement of claims.

Description of thefunction

As Head of Client Administration, duties involvemanaging teams and resources, supporting sales department in the administrativemanagement of client files and ensure compliance with our regulatoryobligations.

Operations are reported directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Positioning yourself as a business enabler whilstremaining risk aware, in accordance with services, including the following :

Delivering the services (opening of accounts,modifications of agent, certification)

According to the expectations agreed with thecommercial departments

Ensure the operational implementation of ourregulatory obligations, including the FATCA, CRS and FEC Policy programs aswell as group initiatives in this area such as KYC programs

Collaborate in the implementation ofstructural solutions to optimize the organization of department activities andimprove processes

Analyze and file documentation

Provide legal cover

Analyze and take decisions on exemptions.

Your profile

Training and experience :

Higherdegree in economic orientation I.e. Business Administration, Commercial Engineering,Legal Sciences or similar.

Minimum5 years of experience in the Financial sector, including 3 years in amanagement function.

Skills :

Excellentmanagerial and communication skills

Excellentanalytical skills

  • Abilityto optimize processes, establish, maintain and analyze process indicators;
  • Abilityto understand the regulatory issues and their challenges for the bank and ourclients

  • Commercialexperience will be considered has an asset;
  • Language : French and English are essential. Knowledge of any other language will beconsidered an asset.
