  • Managing and delivering solutions by driving the advancement of the Power Platform and the of the overall Biz Apps Cloud / Power Platform portfolio, also encompassing the Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP) business solutions areas such as : Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail / Commerce and or / Finance
  • Leading presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proofs of concepts, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Power Platform products and services, D365 Business solutions (ERP / CRM) / Applications and how we can make their businesses more successful
  • Orchestrating complex solutions with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft products and services
  • Building valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and developing a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent, high-quality work products for by EY teams, providing a platform to build and maintain our global brand, reputation and purpose.
  • Shaping current and future products, strategies, and customer-centric ideas through feedback
  • Creating innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contributing to thought leadership
  • Driving improvements by taking responsibility for engagement / account level, ensuring that project teams understand and support software solutions that reflect the current and future needs of clients
  • Communicating effectively with EY senior management and working to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams
  • Supporting team development activities, including supporting, coaching, and mentoring activities, conducting performance reviews and contributing to performance feedback, contributing to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training activities and understanding, following and communicating workplace policies and procedures.

  • Qualifications :

  • Strong 3rd level educational qualifications : A master’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or other appropriate academic majors
  • Approximately 6-10 years’ experience of managing and delivering large-scale projects by leveraging Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform etc
  • Deep understanding of Power Apps from a build capacity
  • Deep understanding of business solutions (CRM / ERP) workload expertise in one or more of the following : Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail / Commerce and / or Finance and how these solutions help customers achieve their desired business outcomes
  • Additional professional qualifications, such as Microsoft certification for Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamic 365 etc
  • Quick comprehension for technical and procedural relationships as well as a high-quality awareness
  • You are fluent in English. German and / or French would be preferable with any other language being an advantage.
