The University of Luxembourg seeks to hire outstanding Postdocs. The successful candidate will carry out research activities, draft research projects and attract external research funding, teach (up to 90 hours a year within the Computer Science Bachelor and Master programs of the faculty), handle and coordinate activities in the area of computer science.
More precisely, the scientific focus is the design and implementation of evolutionary algorithms for convolutional neural network visualisation, and their application in image recognition security.
Suggestions for other research topics in deep learning, and their applications in
security can also be discussed and are welcome.
The Assistant postdoctorant (postdoctoral researcher / research associate) will be a member of the Department of Computer Science (DCS) within the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine at the University of Luxembourg.
Within DCS, the candidate will be part of prof. Leprévost’s group at the Laboratory of Algorithmics, Cryptology and Security.
It is expected from the candidate to cooperate with the other members of professor Leprévost’s team, and to conduct joined research with them.
