Our client is an International Bank, looking for a Transaction Management and Restructuring - Operational Assistant for an initial fixed term contract of 12 months.
The candidate contributes to performance reviews of the Unit's portfolio of operations (reviews, valuations, scorings, KYC) on a regular basis to ensure best practice financial coverage.
He is also in charge of the contribution to periodic and ad hoc reporting produced by the Division. He contributes to drafting internal notes, assisting senior colleagues in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
He pro-actively formulates proposals to improve systems, procedures, reporting and contributes to updates to financial monitoring policies via providing feedback.
The ideal candidate has a secondary level education, complemented with a 2 year certification in a relevant field (economics, accounting, legal, business administration) or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, some of which acquired in an audit, fund administration, transaction services or risk management role.
Exposure to equity instruments and knowledge of financial analysis and the interpretation of financial statements and legal documentation would be advantages.
