Job summary

As part of its extension of AIFM accreditation to Real Estate Asset Management, Amundi Luxembourg is looking for a Financial Controller to monitor real estate funds.

You have the following key duties and responsibilities :

Supervise accounting firms that produce vehicle accounts (SPV, Soparfi, etc.),

Supervise the valuers who produce the NAVs of the funds and the auditors of the funds as well as property managers in the context of cash management.

Manage the cash flow of vehicles and funds in order to ensure that cash is transferred from the buildings to the lead structure through participating loans and to enable dividends to be distributed,

Monitor contractual ratios as part of financing contracts,

Monitor the budget of vehicles and funds, and coordinate payments,

Coordinate accountants on tax data,

Check the consistency of the reports of the different service providers,

Implement the new vehicles and funds on an operational level (opening bank accounts, setting up financial data feedback circuits, etc.),

Feed the real estate management tools

1-year Master's (M1)

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master Degree in Finance or adequate qualification (business school etc)

Level of minimal experience

Experience

Min 3 5 years of experience in an accounting, management control or audit function

Required skills

Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and to cope with multiple deadlines in an efficient and structured way

Practical problem-solving attitude

Strongly motivated and intellectually curious

Good personal relationship skills to interact at all levels efficiently

Technical skills required

Min 3 5 years of experience in an accounting, management control or audit function with good knowledge of Lux Gaap and INREV

Languages

Fluency in English and French, German or any other language would be an asset
