We are looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Advisory Marketing team in Luxembourg. This is an opportunity for you to work in a dynamic evnvironemnet supporting our media and content generation.
Your future responsibilities
As a Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will drive, coordinate and contribute to various marketing advisory initiatives.
As such, you will work very closely with the Head of Advisory Marketing, the Product Management team and other internal stakeholders. What you’ll be doing :
Social Media & Content Coordinator
Optimise and repackage content for print, digital, social media, video scripts, email marketing, sales support materials;
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including : develop relevant content topics;
Manage all published content (images, video and written);
Support content planning & platform content feed;
Support other marketing projects on ad hoc basis
Ensure regular maintence of the various social media platforms and help the business pro-actively with new ideas
Your Profile :
First class communication, organizational and time management skills;
Comfortable with writing and have a creative mindset;
Process-oriented, attentive to details, while always keeping in mind the strategic overview;
Familiarility with investment funds / asset management industry;
Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once while respecting sometimes tight deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and manage stakeholders : enthusiastic personality with patient, enquiring and thorough nature;
Keen interest in IT and technology
The role is based in Luxembourg.

University degree (in economics, finance, marketing or business administration preferably);
A work experience of 1 to 2 years, preferably in the financial industry, marketing or communications; Prior experience in a position related to social media and content generation;
English proficiency; knowledge of another major European language is a strong plus (eg. Italian, German or Spanish);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
