LE POSTE : For one of our clients in Luxembourg city, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for a permanent contract for an ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS ASSISTANT FR-

EN (M / F) Your tasks : The Accounting / Business Assistant will report to the Chief Financial Officer directly. She / he will mainly be in charge of various organisational matters and will provide administrative support to the management team to enable effective and efficient functioning and contribute to an accurate and timely processing and documentation of information.

Key Activities of the Accounting / Business Assistant : General office management tasks : First point of contact regarding all matters associated with the office Responsible for data management and filing Responsible for the monitoring of procedures and standards Responsible for Payroll Administration and coordination with the Service Provider in charge Managing office cleaning Handling office material and supply (inventories, orders, ) Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings Organising and coordinating travel arrangements for management Compiling team expenses Administrative and accounting tasks : Providing accounting support : assisting in financial tasks, review Partners expenses, review invoices against items or services received, participate in quarterly reportings and annual audits, reconciling account balances Providing personal assistance to managing directors as required Handling the reception phone Forwarding appropriate messages or calls or correspondence when appropriate and necessary Printing and binding other meetings documentation Assisting in the preparation of declarations, reports, presentations and other communications including confidential documents PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Your profile : Academic Profile : Bachelor level Business Assistant’’ or ’Accounting Assistant’’ Knowledge in accounting Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience as Accounting Assistant, or Business Assistant supporting Senior Level Executives Core Skills : Autonomously handling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards and with attention to detail, solving potential issues by analytical reasoning Dynamic, resourceful, flexible and reliable Strong organizational, problem-

solving skills Ability to manage own time effectively and to take initiatives Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) applications Fluent in English and French This is an opportunity for a small-

sized company in Luxembourg city, for a permanent contract, to start in November-December
