The area of responsibility essentially comprises :
Management and leadership of the department "Organization and IT".
For the IT department, among others :
Strategic planning and alignment of the IT landscape.
Management of XenServer incl. provisioning of standard desktops and
Apps in Citrix
Management of the virtual server infrastructure (VM-Ware).
Advice on the selection of subject-specific software
Procurement, installation and customization of software
Planning and deployment of hardware
IT-technical support of the specialized procedure H&H proDoppik (including host communities).
For the area of organization, among other things :
Conceptual development of basic / key topics.
Organizational development and processes
Further development and optimization of the digitization strategy, including the implementation of the Online Access Act.
All IT tasks are performed at essentially the third-level support level.
We expect :
Master of Sience IT / Informatics, Bachelor of Sience IT / Informatics, a comparable degree or a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, in each case with extensive work experience.
Experience in IT project management
Experience in a management position or in technical and disciplinary team leadership
Deep knowledge in the field of standard software as well as assigned specialized procedures.
Knowledge of municipal organizational management and experience in the municipal environment are desirable
High communication skills
